What is Vodka made of?

today, one of my fish almost died. It got stuck in the tube and when I pulled it out, it looked like a dead fish.It moved a little and crashed into the pebbles at the bottom of the aquarium. Now it's clinging onto to side of the aquarium (thank God). I thought I lost a fish.
