I updated my Inspiron E1405's Dell Support to the new Dell Support Center which Dell says has a new proactive alerting and a new enhanced troubleshooting. Well, it seems to be easier to use with a prettier interface. Also, I picked up an update patch for the Dell Media Direct. However, when I went on a test run, it didn't work. I couldn't reach into the main menu when Vista is turned off. This problem doesn't not apply when I am operating on Vista. Weird.
