There is currently a Be Oyster Aware campaign where it addresses the risk of eating undercook and raw oysters, namely emphasizing on the risk of Vibrio vulnificus bacteria. I personally like oysters a lot because they are rich in protein and zinc besides me being a huge fan of seafood and sushi. The
Gulf oysters, one of my favorites, should be booked the fire-grilled way if you really want to enjoy a picnic or barbeque evening by the beach. Or Thai fried sweet and spicy oysters would be a great addition for a sumptuos dinner as well.
