Linux has come to iPhone. Thanks to the Dev Team, Linux has been ported to the iPhone and iPod touch. This feat of bringing everyone's favorite open-source OS to Apple's handhelds is a great acomplishment and hopefully it will only get better. The Apple iPhone is the no.1 selling American phone since Earlier this month, the almighty RAZR fell from the top spot as America's best selling handset. However, this Linux in iPhone (iBoot) is far form perfect; no touchscreen drivers, sound, or WiFi/cell radio support. But it's pointing towards the right direction nevertheless. Read about it at iphone-dev.org. They call it a phenomenal reverse engineering job.

This will delight all the Bruce Lee fanboys out there. All would go crazy and line up for it just like the iPhone, only that there might not be so many of them. Yea, that was a bit excessive. Anyhow, Nokia came out with a Nokia N96 Bruce Lee edition. This was recently released in Hong Kong and is quick in gaining the people's attention, the Nokia N96 Bruce Lee limited edition phone. It comes in a special case with Bruce Lee’s face and signature on the back. As a bonus for its limited edition feature, it’s packed with rare photos of the legendary actor (Wachaaa!). Bundled with this special edition pack is a Enterbay’s Bruce Lee simulation doll or figurine. Enterbay production doll has hight reputation. PSP-3000 Homebrew Hack and Hackable: Lite Blue Tool Service Mode Battery
Rejoice PSP fanboys! Finally, the new PSP-3000 is homebrewable, thanks to the Datel's Lite Blue Tool service mode battery! Just in time for Christmas. Now your new PSP 3000 model is perfectly hackable thanks to Datel's newest tool battery. Once you're in service mode, you can downgrade your PSP and pretty much do what you want with it! (From this mode, users are approaching the PSP with the access of a Sony engineer and can load old, cracked firmware that's open to run homebrew.) This LITE BLUE TOOL battery will enable the service mode on both the PSP Slim (PSP-2000) and also most importantly, the PSP Brite (PSP-3000). It will come with the option to toggle between a service mode and normal mode, and also features a built in LED power gauge (sweet). The LITE BLUE TOOL will be available beginning November 28th with a retail price of $29.99 across North America. It is the best option at the moment for hacking the PSP-3000. Like I said, just in time for Christmas.

Cellfire Mobile Digital Coupons for Cell Phones - Save More Money
From my experience, coupon clipping can be really fun and exciting, but sometimes you just feel like bummer because you forgot to bring along a coupon or you lost it in the stack. All the time you spent on finding, cutting out form Sunday papers and clipping them together. Well, normally I just tuck the pile of papers into my pocket and off I go. With Cellfire, you can experience total control of your coupons in digital form, easily stored in your mobile phone/cell phone.

SEARS Family and Friends Night November 16 2008
This Sunday, November 16 2008, SEARS is having its F&F (Friends and Family) sales night. What's so special about Friends and Family sales night? You get extra 10% off almost everything in the store! As per normal, you would expect giftcards to be excluded. Their Friends and Family V.I.P. night offers an extra 5% off for home electronics. I am hoping that I could pick up some good electronics deals for myself and also for the holiday season.
Remember this important point: Sears Friends & Family VIP Night is from 6:00pm-9:00pm only!! Other discounts include savings of 15% off for apparel and fine jewelry. Also included in the event is 20% markdown on outwear prices. This is a good early shopping destination to check items off my shopping list. For those who don't have SEARS stores near you or would like to save up the gas money, there's something for you too from SEARS.
The event is valid from 6.00pm to 6.00am on the very same Sunday. You can always order your things online and pick them up later at the stores enroute to more savings during this V.I.P. night event. Shipping is free for orders over $99. I think this season's F&F event would be a good one for early Christmas gifts shopping and avoid the late crowd towards December.

TripAdvisor the Saviour of Trip Plannings and Hotel Bookings
Yes, even though the economy is not doing so well at this present time, I am still planning for a Christmas vacation. I rather not stay at home and miss all the fun out there to be honest. But of course, spending has to be monitored so ever closely now than before. Hotels selection do not only cater for the overall service, but also considering which one has the best value for my dollar. TripAdvisor has always been a reliable place to find out about hotels before making the reservations. The main reason I like TripAdvisor is because it has many user submitted comments/reviews which tell you a lot about a hotel. And things you wouldn't expect hotels to put it up on their perfect websites.

November is Here!
Can't believe time really flies and it's already November. It's Black Friday month and it's normally the month that people kick off their holiday shopping. However, due to the global economy slowdown, retailers are expecting the worst sales this Christmas season in decades. Consumers are cutting their spendings and retailers are having a hard time coming with knock down prices to attract back their regular customers. That's why shopping online has become ever more important in this kind of times. More savings via coupons and cashbacks plus free shipping which in turn saves some gas money.
