I have already tried Mee Goreng, Ho Fun and also the Wan Tan Ho at Asian Kitchen. Everytime I order mine, it seems to be different than how it was when the others ordered it the previous time we went there, be it color, taste, or aroma. I am wondering if they have a random cook each day... which would be nice. Surprise surprise each time you order food there...

Summerslam yo!!
saturday events:
After a screwed Friday, headed out on Saturday to Arlington County Fair. Weather was hot like hot-hot-hot sausages. Had a chicken Kebab (it's freakin' $5).
And also a greatly overpriced smoothie in this fancy glass (it's freakin' $5 too).
There was some sort of fun-fair outside the Thomas Jefferson Community Center, with some nice rides and a Ferris wheel.
Indoor, they had many stalls/booths comprising of local sellers and also local authorities to make money and give out information that the ignorant people never cared to know
.
Saw a giant air-filled mascot for thesheriff's department.
Later in the evening, went for a tour of Washington DC, on a Segway! And it's a night tour. Last summer I walked around DC in the day, so this time I'm gonna do a night one, on 2 wheels. The segway is pretty cool. Did turn some heads as we cruised through the nation's capital.
The tour guide, Ed is an American University student from Oregon doing intern with the Homeland Security during weekdays and bringing tours on weekends. A friendly and capable guy.
4 hour tour ended at 10pm.Took a photo in front of the White House before the tour officially ended.
Took a Metro back and had a Metro operator who's pretty funny. He was making announcements at almost every stop on evacuation/safety precautions. He mentioned about the London subway bombing incident and reminded customers to look around for suspicious activities, and even made his own slogan "If you see it, say it". Coz he didnt want anyone to read about him on the next day's newspapers and go "damn I should have said something about that package last night." Everyone was laughing thanks to his jokes. Pretty interesting trip back.

Posting from Crystal City Virginia
Yesterday was hell of a day. I took the early flight from Madison at 7.20am, hoping to arrive at Washington DC by 2pm and have some time to go around. But I was one of the unfortunate victims of NorthWest Airline's mechanics going on strike. My flight to Baltimore at 10.20am was cancelled 20 minutes after they said it would be delayed. Then I asked for an arrangement o the replacement flight to Ronald Reagan Airport at 1.55pm instead, only to later find out that it was cancelled as well. I looked at the screens and saw flights to DC area (BWI, Reagan, Dulles) are all cancelled. Then they put me on the 5.24pm flight to Baltimore, with arrival time being 6.57pm, which would enable me to make it to the AND1 Mix Tape Tour at 7.30pm at the MCI center. HOWEVER, after the plane reversed onto the airway, the pilot annouced that they had to dump some thing and need to have the water refilled or something like that. The mechanic strike effect was evident. That took another hour before the plane finally went airborne. Arrived at 8.15pm, missed my amtrak to downtown DC. By the time I reached DC, it was 9.30pm, the show at MCI Center was already over.
Bought 2 burgers at Union Station, and went to check in to my hotel. It was 11pm. A total of 9 hours delay time and 2 missed tickets. And also a wasted Friday. And that really sucks.
The shitty apology pack they gave me:
The burger that costed me $5.50

Be Creative
30GB capacity and great3.7-inch color screen, it can store up to 120 hours of video or 150,000 songs or other files you want.
Has support for multiple video formats, including DivX. Built-in Compact Flash (CF) slot., with an FM radio, personal organizer, voice recorder, plus access to online music stores. Now I just hate Apple for 'improving' their ipods bit by bit. They fucking want us to buy every release of their ipods and add a little bit of enhancement to the next release. I seriously doubt they haven't found out the way to put a video recorder/player component into the ipods. Bloodsucking bastards.
