MyCokeRewards London Coke T-Shirt Redemption

The t-shirt arrived in less than a week and packaged nicely in a red and white Coke envelope.
However, the appearance of the t-shirt is disappointing as compared to the image on the website. It looks dull and old, unlike the cool and distinct look on the website. The fabric is really soft and comfortable though.

With that said, I still won't pay $28.00 for this t-shirt (retail price in the Coke Store)

Sony: We haven't announced anything about a new PSP

On June 12th John Koller // Sr. Marketing Manager, PSP posted the following:

"The rumor mill is flowing about new PSP hardware and a PSP phone, and I just wanted to take the time to clear the air. We haven’t announced anything about a new PSP, much less one that would have any phone capabilities. As SCEA’s resident PSP guru, I’m thrilled to hear that there’s so much interest in the platform, but sorry folks, these reports floating around fall into the rumors/speculation category."

There have been rumors that Sony has a new slimmer version of PSP set and that manufacturing has begun. The rumors said that it'll carry an internal memory of a whopping 8GB. And battery life has been tripled.

1 Million Zunes Sold, 100 Million iPods Sold

Microsoft would have had 1 million Zunes sold by the end of June 2007. The figure meets the sales goals Microsoft predicted at the product's launch last year. This is truly nothing compared to Apple's recent announcement of 100 million iPods sold. See the huge difference between 1 and 100. Microsoft's current 10 percent share of the hard drive MP3 player market is too small and there is no way Microsoft can topple Apple in the MP3 player market in the near future. However, reports do indicate that Microsoft will continue to invest in the Zune. One of Zune's special feature is the "social aspects of connecting people together" where you can connect with other Zune users around you.

Walmart to Sell Dell Computers

The next time you make a trip to your neighborhood bargain mass merchandise store Walmart, you're gonna see Dell computers on sale. Dell is taking one big step into retail by partnering up with Walmart. Now, they are to sell a couple of its desktop computers in all 3,500 WalMart and Sam's Club locations across the U.S., Canada ,and Puerto Rico. The Dell computers were set to hit the Walmart shelves on June 10th 2007, last Sunday. Now there's another reason to shop at Walmart. :)

I received a call from my mom 2 days ago telling me that one of my cousin brother passed away a few days ago. Died after being shot by the police.

A devastating piece of news for me.

The one sentence I remember most from him was telling to study hard and stay in school. The conversation took place in front of his motorcycle in the car porch of my house.
