Vista Laptops: Cheaper to Get From DELL?

Windows Vista is finally out and ready for consumers. No longer in Beta. And I think it is a good time for many people to upgrade their OS, buy a new computer, to be precise. Vista laptops are available and are pretty affordable now, I remember Office Depot have a few Vista installed laptops under promotion this week (after rebates). I am looking at Dell laptops, cause they are cheaper and there's no rebate hassle. Furthermore, I could use Dell coupon codes which would then save me some more money, or you can look at it as getting free upgrades instead of the discount.
