I saw a commercial for face cream loaded with anti-oxidants to counter the abundance of free radicals from the sun, the stress in life and the pollution of the eenvironment which causes our skin to age faster. So dear all, please remember to take foods with high anti-oxidants as well. Start with tomatoes.
