For the Celtics to get their man, they had to sent seven the other way, yes seven. That included 5 current roster players plus 2 future firs round draft picks. The fuve 'casualties' are Al Jefferson, Ryan Gomes, Gerald Green, Sebastian Telfair and Theo Ratliff. They obtained the former MVP and 10-time All-Star on Tuesday in a 7-for-1 deal -- the NBA's biggest trade for one player.

The Celtics won their last championship, the third with the original Big Three of Larry Bird, Kevin McHale and Robert Parish, in 1986. Could this be the year? Only time will tell.
