iPhone Firmware Update v1.1.2 Kills Jailbreak

The news of the release of the v1.1.2 firmware update for the Apple iPhone made my friend buy his iPhone on Tuesday. Reason: to make use of Jailbreak. Because once Apple releases the v1.1.2 firmware, jailbreak cannot be used to unlock the SIM and phone anymore for those who would like to own an iPhone but remain reluctant to pay an extra $20 per month for the required unlimited data plan package from AT&T. Jailbreaking v1.1.2 would probably take a few more weeks. So potential iPhone owners who would like to unlock the SIM and phone would need to sit and wait or get a v1.1.1 iPhone from somewhere else (for eg. eBay). If you already have a v1.1.1 iPhone, here is the link to a complete illustrated guide to hack your iPhone. The step by step illustrated guide is very clear and easy to follow and it all can be done in less than 5 minutes! A video is also posted to show us how easy it is. Enjoy. Till then, I am continuing to enter online sweepstakes to win my iPhone.
