We had lunch at the Great Khan's Mongolian BBQ in the food court of Westfield Valley Fair shopping mall today and here's the review. For $6.45 before tax, you get to fit anything they have on the hot trays into a medium sized bowl. Among a few choices worth mentioning are small shrimps, beef, pork, chicken, lamb, vegetables, and yellow noodles. You can stack up the ingredients high up as long as they are in the bowl. After adding the sauce(s) of your choice, bring the bowl to the frying stand where 2 guys would cook your food on the central round flat pan.
After they're done, you end up with some really delicious lunch. Soda is not included in the price. It costs an extra $1.45. They lady at the cashier lied to us about the soda and pucnhed in the extra $1.45. We needed something to drink anyway, so we took it with vengence. Since the ingredients are selected by the customer, different people would have different preferences and end up with different combinations. But the one thing which I guess would be the same is the delicious food in the end that is served to you.
